My name is Tenny Thomas and welcome to my blog. I am a professional engineer registered in the lovely province of Alberta, Canada where I reside and I have been happily married for the last 5 years. My wife is a PhD student at the University of Alberta. Apart from blogging, I am an avid swimmer, passionate cook, amateur farmer, sci-fi nerd, social volunteer,  bookworm, and I love long drives and hosting huge parties.

What is the power of an opinion? I believe it is immense and ‘being opinionated and asking the right questions’ is a habit that one needs to inculcate in this life. Rosa Parks had an opinion long time ago against segregation and by asking the right questions helped initiate the biggest civil rights movement that the world has ever seen. So did Steve Jobs who had an opinion about how computing should be mobile and they helped take humanity to its next level of progress by unleashing the power of the Internet on it. Barack Obama asked the right questions about how universal health care must be affordable to all Americans.  Larry Page and Sergey Brin had an opinion about how the information of this world must be made accessible to the common man and so on. If you look at all the great people of yesteryears and even today, they have an opinion and they asked the right questions which was powerful enough to redefine their destiny and that of the entire human race.

My blog, Signature in Time is a literary extension of my existence in this awesome planet, God has created. I feel a sense of joy and liberation, whenever I write. I feel I am doing justice to my God-given talents through my words, I speak in this beautiful website. Each and every post has been drafted with utmost care, love and affection and I will strive to meet your expectations through each article that I scribe. If you feel that any article has touched you, please feel free to comment. I would love to hear from you.

  1. Hi Tenny,
Hope you are doing great! I only remember little about your writing from high school. Only recently by chance I saw your post shared on fb and came to know about this whole site.

Indeed, this space – ‘the raya’ – contains a collection of fine works of a brilliant writer. Really appreciative. I have read only a few posts here, and they are quite impressive. I have lots more of yours to read, and will do so, time to time.

Write more and more. Very happy to see that.

    Double cheers 🙂
